Returns
We have a 14-day return policy in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your item, without providing a reason.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exceptions apply for items that are faulty or not as described. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@dulcaara.com with your request, reason for return, and any supporting documents. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions. We will then coordinate with the supplier to arrange the return process.
Return Shipping Charges
Please note that unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where items are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item, subject to availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Additional Offers
Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or partial refund with the option to keep your order. This is at our sole discretion and does not obligate us to provide anything beyond a full refund. You have the right to reject any such offers.
