Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within a maximum of 10 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Shipping Address Changes

To change the shipping address for your order, contact us by email at [email] within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping is free for all orders.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times, weather conditions, and delays during busier periods such as Christmas or Thanksgiving.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or a MILITARY ADDRESS. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you suspect your parcel is lost or missing while in transit, contact us by email immediately. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate. If confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Due To Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item.

6.2 Warranty Returns

We provide a 90-day warranty period for all products. Warranty claims must be submitted within this period. The return shipping will be pre-paid by the customer; however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.

Upon receiving the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your claim within 7 business days.
